I finished that shawl and knit more!

 I am in love with the Closer to You Shawl by Justyna Lorkowska!  It is a fantastic free pattern available on Ravelry and I can't recommend it enough.  Not only is it a very satisfying knit, it is also very easy to style and wear.

This one was knit with DK weight yarn on size 5mm needles instead of the fingering weight yarn and 4mm needles called for in her pattern, but it turned out wonderfully. 

I then knit two more in fingering weight yarn purchased from the ultra talented Ashley at Smash Knits.  Here's the one I knit for myself in colorway "Spring Fling"/

After I finished this one, I started another using two strands of laceweight yarn from my stash.  I'll post pictures of that one as soon as I get it blocked!

It is a given that I will knit more in this pattern.  The shawlette is the perfect weight to wear alone in warmer seasons and makes an excellent scarf as well. The two I already have are fast becoming my favorite accessories.
